quarantine diaries

We are at the beginning of week four of the lockdown. By now the Coronavirus has spread all over the world and we are all in the same situation. We are all hoping for this to be over soon, but we know it won’t. It feels like life has hit the pause button except for those working in the hospitals, the doctors and all the health care workers. They are the superheroes that are fighting the real war in the frontlines.  They are the ones saving the world.

Every day looks the same. We work, we play with Isabella. We try to buy groceries where we can. We wait.

All we can do is wait. I’m grateful we have a home that we love. I’m grateful we have lots of friends that we can call and have happy hours over the internet. I’m glad we have music and art and that we are using this time also for us. I’m glad we are all healthy (so far).
